The concept: Easy-living summer villa
Atticus is a traditional luxury villa set in a serene and secluded area blending beautifully with the landscape and the old church next to it dating back to 1867. The villa is designed in the shape of the Greek capital letter “Π” offering protection from the winds and shaded areas to admire the endless Aegean Sea. The house features ample living and outdoor areas, a private pool, and a vineyard, encouraging you to revitalize your senses and reconnect with nature.

Outdoors
The outdoor area of the villa is also made of local stone and natural materials, in perfect balance with the surrounding area and the nearby chapel. There is a private pool with loungers to chill out and admire the unobstructed sea and sunset vistas. Just relax and close your eyes listening to the calming sound of waves on the shore while the gentle breeze caresses your skin. At sunset, gather at the dining area to enjoy a Mediterranean alfresco meal, prepared with local ingredients on the BBQ. Easy living becomes easier! 

Indoors
Built out of natural materials according to the traditional Cycladic design, Atticus offers curved lines with whitewashed walls and minimal open-plan chambers with traditional décor. The villa extends over 2 levels, with a kitchen on each level to prepare your homemade snacks and double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms that look like they are carved in stone. The entire living area is designed to promote a more carefree and alternative way of living, offering you a bright and airy ambience to Zen out.

Therasia is just a 10-minute ferry ride from Santorini, which was connected to until 1600 BC when the volcanic eruption separated them. Therasia is the smaller part of what is left of the former island, consisting of 5 villages and a total of approximately 300 population.
