The concept: Family Paradise in Nature
Nestled in a small peninsula on the north-western coast of the island of Samos, luxurious Mare Retreat is a group of luxury villas that form a little paradise on earth about 40 km away from the busy, touristy Samos town. It is a safe gated complex that is perfect for families or a group of 20 who want to enjoy quiet, private holidays in fresh air. Its ten bedrooms spread throughout 3 independent villas that share the same outdoor area. Enjoy a 5-star experience!
 
Outdoor heaven
The property has lush vegetation all around, so the kids can always play in the shade and the adults can enjoy the fresh air and privacy. The private cove only 100 m from the villa comes in handy if you want to swim in the Aegean Sea and not your private pool. An added bonus guests will enjoy is the fresh organically grown products of the estate. The location is also ideal for exploring the diverse natural beauty of the area, as well as for biking or hiking.  
 
Interior design
All of Mare Retreat bedrooms have a sea, mountain or garden view. The interior design has simple Mediterranean touches and a selection of hand-picked antique furnishings. Life wouldn’t be life without technology, though, so the living area includes satellite TV, a sound-system, free Wi-Fi, and the kitchen is fully equipped! The villas’ stucco finish replicates the deep volcanic colors of the earth and the pebbles of the nearby beaches and it comes into perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

The scenery is captivating, and you will definitely enjoy the freedom that the luxury Greek villas offer. In case you need to explore the island, here is some useful stuff you should know. Karlovasi, the island capital, has all you need in terms of shops, restaurants, plus a small port just 4 km away. One of the best beaches, Megalo Seitani, is about 2 km from the villa and is only accessible by boat or on foot.
